    Bosch Distributor for 1973S #

    Need help please regarding Bosch distributor for my 1973 S I am restoring. The car came with the following:
    0231 169 003. The chart I reference on another post shows this for 2.4T. The chart show 010 for late 2.4S
    The question is can this be confirmed and is it an issue to stay with what I have.
    Appreciate advice.

    The 010 is for the early 2.4S without the vacuum restrictors in the throttle bodies and the left hand points as the 011 is for the RS. The 003 has the later right hand points and is usually, but not necessarily, tied to the restrictors in the vacuum ports as the 004 is to the RS. Gled
