Restoration Fuchs with Tig weld addition?

Can bigger holes or dents in Fuchs rims be filled up with Tig weld and polish afterwards? What would be the best solution to restore such thing as in the picture?
    Thanks

I believe you can repair wheels and polish, and it won't show much. But when you anodize the wheel it will show big time. Gled. I also defer to Harvey.

You can weld and polish but you will destroy the wheel for restoration.
    Welding will show when anodized.
We can fix that type of damage.
We "reforge" the metal and it usually doesn't show when anodized.
As far as I know no one else has taken the time to learn this method.
