The floor is different between coupe and Targa, I don't know if dead pedal will fit properly in Targa? Gled
This was taken out of a 67 S Targa.......Targa is no longer with us!
Top foto is side view as from the passenger side to the driver side & the other foto is taken as from behind the foot rest aka dead pedal as seen from the driver seat

Here is a foto of the back side of the dead pedal showing the multi layers of sheet metal behind the dead pedal...foto taken as from the forward end of the dead pedal...So, the Targa dead pedal is way different due to the reconstruction of Targa for extra strenghting as gled49 noted above.......cliff
