    backside interior differences

I just got pictures of an older restoration of one of my 1965 cars and which shows different features than my other 1965 car. Can anybody tell me what I see (1,2,3,4) and what is correct: the first or the last picture?

Txs Franz. I cannot imagine 1st picture is very very early. Second picture is from a 1Q 1965 car. I would expect first picture is a replacement.
Anybody any idea what year this could be?
