This guy seems to have neat NOS stuff, but every time I consider pulling the trigger I look at his feedback and see very recent negatives. This guy seems to be flying under radar by keeping the sales private so you can not contact old bidders.

FYI - This is the same engine light used on regular production SC cars and is still available from all US porsche dealers.

Most (all?) of the 'RS' parts he attempts to sell on ebay were used on std 911's ...

This guy screwed me royally on an "original 73 RS toolkit". It had a 16/17mm box end wrench, open ended wrenches with no country of manufacture that look like they were made in China, a 9/32" hex wrench for the spark plug tool, a repro toolkit case, and he emails me that Porsche toolkits had different tools over the years but that these were correct. What a thief. Lost my money. Gary

Sorry to hear about your bad deals on the tools I can recommend "Rowdy" as he is known on E Bay, his tools are correct and awesome, costly but awesome.

I had a very bad transaction with this person about 1 year ago on some misrepresented parts. I believe the seller is actually a gal, and she steadfastly refused to honor the terms of our deal. Stay away!!!!

I'll also answer with my .02 here. I've noticed the toolkits this person sells, and really has me PO'd (so to speak)....they are all crappy reproductions, and with the private auctions, there is no way to "warn" any of the bidders.

I'll also second "rowdy205" on ebay for his toolkits, Scott is pretty accurate, but spendy (as noted). If you need any help with toolkit "id", I would be happy to help, but don't have any kits for sale at this time.

    regards,
    Eric

I just warned any others. Even though I purchased the toolkit in mid-February, I just left negative feedback. And it's at the top of kcigermany's feedback listing. Wonder if I'll get an email from him/her. A private sale seems to mean that only the item can't be viewed in feedback by others. Gary
