fuchs Deep dish or not, what is the difference

I have a 70E. I have now been informed that deep dish fuchs would have been the norm. So I need some education. I had made some obvious uninformed assumptions about these wheels that I now assume were incorrect. Could you please enlighten me?

Certain yr 911's had "deep" 6x15 fuch wheels and certain yrs. had "flat" 6x15 fuch wheels.

Deep 6 found on model yr 69 and 70 with "hearts" 71 with-out. Some had "hearts" a kind of a heart shape cut-out at the valve stem and some did not have them, not sure exactly what dates of mfg. had the non-hearts but generally late in 70 model yr and for sure 71.

flat 6 found on 72-73 model yr. with a couple of different part numbers but I think really the same wheel.

Flat 6 started mid year 71, earliest date I have seen was a 4/71 mfg date on a wheel. (Most certainly there are a few later built deep 6's right....I mean if just to put a kink into my ascertation...)
