    Porsche RS Touring for sale

1973 RS one owner car bought new in Brazil and spent its whole life there. It is very unusual as it was loaded with options listed below, and is supposed to be only one of 7 RS's with both factory air and sunroof. It was originally Bahia red with black leather seats. Car was repainted white by Porsche Center in Brazil with Blue graphics in the mid 80's. Car has 45,000KM on it. Engine numbers are matching. Seats are covered in the original leather.

Here are the options the car came with originally:
    bumper guards
    heated rear window
    limited slip
    headrests
    retractable seat belts
    fog lights below bumper
    frill mounted fog lights
    Blaupunkt AM FM radio cassette
    power antenna
    engine compartment light
    air conditioning
    electric sunroof
    electric windows
    steel gas tank

During the repaint to white at the Porsche Center radio, electric windows, and fog lights were removed. Rocker panels were also removed but I have them.

Car is a great driver, not a show car, but would be a great car to drive and then eventually restore, as options are great.

    Price is $165,000.

Have all of the original documentation I can fax including original bill of sale, shipping invoices, list of options, etc. Also can e mail complete pictures.

    Stacy,

You mean you don't want to spend half an hour looking through the book for the car that has all these options listed (except the steel tank), was Bahia Red, and was delivered to Brazil? This was also a tourist delivery car and oddly enough all 15 Brazil cars were heavily optioned and all tourist delivery.

Okay I will save you the trouble. It is chassis #228 and along with the huge list options it also came without a ducktail and had a black headliner. Sure wish it was still all there.

Thanks to the little birdie out there that pointed me toward the ad.
