    relay installation

I have just installed new H-4's in my 70 Targa and everything went well on the install. I read all the postings on the subject and the extensive info and drawings were really helpful. My only problem is that I'm having difficulty getting the relay bases (I opted for the standard Porsche type) to fit in the bracket that holds the relay bases. Does anyone have a tip on how to get them to attached through the holes?

    Thanks in advance,

    Rob

    Relay Base

Rob, I can't offer any help as I am behind you in this process. Do you mind telling me where you sourced the relay base, new or used? OEM Part #?

    Thanks for your help.

I puchased them from Pelican Parts. They are expensive but worth it if originality is a concern.

    Rob,

Try moistening the base with a bit of soapy water and twisting them in. My horn relay had been knocked out and that is how I got it back in.
