Will vented rotors fit on non vented struts

Can one put vented rotors onto a front strut that has non vented rotors.
    Thanks,
    Phil

In a word, yes. But, I can't give you all the particulars. There was a thread on Pelican recently about this very same topic. AFAIK, you simply need the rotors and calipers. Ask on 912 boards, too.

If this is on a SWB (must be. all the LWB cars had vented discs) you will probably need to use the matching hub or possibly space the caliper from the strut mount

This is a LWB car that someone put on a SWB front hub. I have a set of vented rotors was wondering if it was a simple bolt on fix.
    Thanks,
    Phil

You will need a matched set of rotor, caliper and hub.

The 69 T had solid rotors front & rear. These could be upgraded to vented and "M" Calipers as a bolt on change. The "S" Calipers require a strut change due to the mounting bolt spacing.

I don't know, but would guess that this 69 T strut is the same as the SWB struts...
