April 8th and 9th will be the Porsche Owners Club Short Track Series Events #2 and #3. Who's in?

    Question

    Still not sure Sandy...

I'm all set up for the R-Gruppe event in Sonoma just 3 weeks after...
If something 'hatches' at the track it would be hard to fix it in that time frame...

    Might go out to instruct...

If I don't go at all would you please pick up my V4 trophy from STS Event #1 ?
The trophies weren't at the event, and they aren't going to mail them out...

BTW- The Alfa Club (with no doubt, some of our Porsche guys) will be at the BIG track the same weekend ...

    Cheers,

Chuck -- I'd be happy to pick up your V4 award if you don't show. Maybe someone can take a picture of me holding it because now that I'm running in the same class as Kevin R. that's about as close as I'll ever get to holding an award for V3.

But hopefully, I'll see you out there. If not, maybe June?

Would love to be out there with ya that weekend Sandy...gosh...with nice cool Rosamond air to make max h.p......but I will be recovering from the PCA Speed Festival out in Fontana..

I should mention that at least two other S registry members will be out there on the NASCAR bank with me, our own John Dilger & Mike Hammond. While they have a bit smaller powerplant they will be doing 120+ on the bank....I'll be attempting to keep my speed at the end of the front straight as well, about 135+ thru T1 & T2.

Come on out and say hi...

Sandy I 's new hot with new fenders with Sandy and banana...

Looked like all were having a good time...

Drove 'the BOWL' counter-clockwise for the first time during some slow lunch laps ... I would guess the exit would be VERY challenging ...

    Cheers,
