    S instruments retrofit

Can I retrofit to a non S specified pre-74 911, the S oil measure instruments?

    Is it very complicated? budget?

    Thanks

I like to know too, i guess the oil pressure sensor/switch/indicator/(or what the name is) is one thing to change ?

Yes, it can be done and I've done it. The wiring is already there. you just need the S gauges. You only need the combo gauge for the oil pressure/oil temp gauge swap. For the gas level/oil level combo gauge, you need to have an oil reserve tank with a sending unit in it. The non combo gauge cars did not come with the oil tank sending unit, so you need to find one and swap it out. It's not tough to do.
