Option 432 highbeam yellow lights above bumper

Option 432 highbeam yellow lights above bumper (from COA) German delivery 1969.

Can any tell me if this option is yellow head lights or aux. driving lights thru the grill?

Based on my COA, the verbiage "above bumper" referred to driving lights on my '69S.
