    Please identify this panel

    I have seen this on various cars. Is it just for optical reasons, or to make space for a bigger exhaust system? Does it replace the standard panel and who is the supplier

    It seems to be an aftermarket item. Previously mentioned in this thread:

    I don´t know if it was meant to have some functional other than looks? I prefer the design of the original panel.

    ThomasTe is correct. It's an aftermarket piece, fiberglass. I have one laying around that came off a parts car I purchased 15+ years ago.
