    number look up help

is there a source on the internet for looking up part numbers?
I have a parts catalog on CD but it comes short of complete numbers, usually showing one example and number for a certain part.

    was looking to I.D parts # 911 104 307 OR and
    911 104 306 OR

thanks to all for this site

Take a look at Kenik's previous thread where he compiles a list of cylinder head casting numbers (they're not part numbers):

    http://www.early911sregistry.org/for...t=head+numbers

However, I think he made a mistake - the number for the '70 S heads in the table should be:

911.104.307.0R not 911.107.307.0R as he listed

    - check John Hora's post on the first page for his '70 S head numbers.
