Thread: Torque Spec for Transmission to Engine Bolts.

Torque Spec for Transmission to Engine Bolts.

In my 3 sources of such information I can't seem to find the torque spec for the bolts that mount the transmission to the engine.

Can anyone please provide me the torque spec?

    Thanks in advance.

I also wonder what the torque spec is, especially in a magnesium case. This came up on Pelican but only the starter spec was noted and that was 30 ft lbs and did not specify if it was mag or aluminum case.

I just found when I removed my transmission one case saver pulled out with the stud when removing nut. That stud threads were a little rough most likely from installing transmission.
