Just remove the clips along the inside edge, replace the glass and reinsert clips. Just take a good look as to how they go in first, maybe take a couple of snapshots or use the other light as a guide.
Make sure your replacment is H1 not H4

    H1 Lens replacment

You dont have to touch the adjusters!!! Remove the clips and peel apart,, you will notice the one adjuster will be hard to get around but you can force it by just be carefull and it will come apart.. Repalce your glass seals if they are hard and brittle too..
Let us know how it goes, Its always easier the second time around!

    peel apart

Well, it`s a done deal! I did have to detach the adjusters from the bucket, and unscrew the one from the bucket, just not from the bezel...first time half way thru putting the clip back in I noticed that the glass was not aligned with the hash mark and also had to orient the bucket hash mark with the bottom set/anchor screw port! Thanks to all who stood by me in this endeavor..Also, I have one H1/H4? glass that I need to identify; it is different than the other H1`s I have;clear on top,F A@ top and A F @bottom, one long streak of fluting as opposed to the shorter streak on the other lens I have ,K4560 1 305 614 007..... (This set of exceptional H`1s will be put up for sale shortly). Many thanks ,Cliff
