Front Overrider Delete Bolt Hole Plugs?

Not sure exactly what the part is called but I'm looking for the 2 round rubber plugs that go in the front bumper when the overiders are removed (as shown in the pic below). These are for the lower bolt holes just under the bumper trim. I'm not sure if there is an actual part number or if people are just finding a suitable black rubber plug or grommet to cover the holes. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks in advance,

    Stretch

PS- what kind of tape is used when taping stripes onto the bumper as in the picture? Pin-striping? Vinyl?

I think the correct part number is: 311.611.849
I'm not sure if it is still available from Porsche.

It is a VW part number however I think VW has superseded the part number to a different one.
    I have two VW/Audi numbers listed: 8A0.831.449 or 431.823.225

As for the stripe, I think most people use a vinyl tape or decal material.
