    SWB CV joint

    Hello

I've checked my Loebro axle shaft on my 67S and 3 CV are worn.

As I know these aren't left available and I've decided to find new OEM ones.

    - GKN 300638 : 406mm axle length - 94mm CV joint but with only +/-8mm of plunge (instead of +/- 12mm on the old ones): price around 250 Eur each
    - GKN 300636 ( VW 1302): 411mm axle shaft length and same CV joint as 300638: price around 120 each

All new shaft have 33 splines instead of 25 for the old ones.

I only have found extra plunge CV joint on specific order ( too expensive)

So, could I put VW axle shaft ? There are 2.5mm wider on each side but the CV plunge is 4mm less thant the original one.

Or better: who know good SWB CV joint ?

    Thanks
    Christophe
