    WTB: fan pulley

    Hello,
I am looking for a fan pulley fitting a 1970 2.2 engine, see picture. A broken fan wheel including pulley would be fine as well.
    Thanks,
    Siegfried

Hi, we made a batch of brand new pulley centres which rivets to the fan and also the outer pulley. The outer ones are alo available from Porsche. Here is a fan I restored it has our own brand new pulleys (both inner and outer).

I can check stock if that helps?

    Hi Alan,
sounds great, please check your stock for both parts. I definitely need the pulley center, but could also use a new outer part.
    Thank you!

We are actually making lower pulleys at the moment.

Need to get the markings finished and then get them plated. Will also make a drilled lighter version.

    Thanks

Alan, what is the appropriate way to remove the old rivets holding the hub to the fan, please? Do you just drill them out from the outside (after center-punching the head of the rivet)? Also, what is the size of the shaft of the rivet (so I can size the drillbit)? Thankyou!
