    HELLA Regel Relais

    could you please tell me what is the small box on the electrical panel( left side of the engine compartment) that has the following marking :

    HELLA
    Regelrelais
    96/15 - 1 - 12V
    Nicht werfen
    30 87 87a

    86 31 86a

    is this the rpm transducer ?

    No, this is the 2 stage relay for rear window defroster.
