The secret to great looking deep 6 Fuchs

Great photo's in all the threads of Fuchs. I'm learning slowly but what makes a great looking set of Fuchs? Cars that have deep 6's can look quite different to other cars with deep 6's that have been finished in a different way. So far I've spotted different masking techniques. Some show more or less of the sides of the 5 florets in terms of perception of depth to the florets, and a few sets have seen the masking at the end of the florets allowing them to turn into the deep dish part making them look longer. Not too unlike the new Fuchs wheels for later offset cars (964/993). Also, the amount of rim left bare from the blackout paint seems to have differing effects. What's the secret? Is there a proper way?

I just measured the depth of the existing original paint line on the outside of the rim and went with that.
