How do I edit an article?

Articles are edited in the user-facing side of your site much the same way as Sections are edited in the CMS. Follow the steps below to edit existing articles.
  1. Login to your account.
  2. Navigate to the article you want to edit.
  3. Hover over the article header. A pencil icon will appear.
  4. Click on the pencil icon.

  5. In the article editor, change the fields you want.

How do I add tags to an Article

Tags are a method of categorizing articles on the site. They make them easily searchable by keywords and you can list articles with similar tags. Here are the instructions on how to add tags to your articles:

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Navigate to the article you want to edit.
  3. Hover over the article header. A pencil icon will appear.
  4. Click on the pencil icon.

  5. Click on the Edit Tags icon and add tags. Separate multiple tags with a comma.

Search FAQ

Select this option if you would like your search to look in the text of FAQ items as well as their titles.

Select an option here to specify how you would like your search query to be treated. 'Any words' will return the most numerous but possibly least relevant results, while 'Complete phrase' will return only results that contain exactly what you are searching for.
