I like the look of steel wheels but they has nearly the double weight as alloy wheels.

I used a set of the Rudge ones on Da Spoodster, they were very light and well made.
Coddington does these.
I did modify the hubs to take real Rudge spinners for a more authentic look, and I powder coated the wheels black.

Why is the L/F Rudge spinner missing an ear?
I've heard of removing one ear from an wing nut to keep it from self loosening, but I've never seen the concept applied to a Rudge spinner. It certainly adds to the Van Go(gh) theme.
