My ‘67S, Oct. ‘66 production had cork gaskets, and now the superseded units are a silicone rubber gasket.
Anyone out there know the time sequence, or there about, of these sealing devices
My ‘67s, Sept. ‘66 delivery, has also cork gaskets and the heat valves were only removed for the first time recently :).
It is finally good for me to know what these donuts I have are used for.
IIRC, my '66 was an April '66 delivery.
