Looks a bit "USED" not NOS ?
That’s called shelf wear.
All too common for parts lying around for 50 years.
What? Do you think they hermetically seal all parts in a box? New doesn’t necessarily mean pristine.
Looks as if it has Fastener Marks (Bolting) and Detents from laying on the Shelf ??? I believe this shows as a light use item from a Donor Car.

Please highlight the trespasses. Thx.
It's a post-66 shroud for a cushion-mounted oil cooler.
The small sticker on the top looks legit, and it probably is or was an NOS replacement shroud, not originally mounted on an engine.
There are a few minor, curious aspects about it, but unless it has a major visible dent, the price is very reasonable for what I see.

It is still a 50 year old part. Still has the label and tag. There is no damage or signs it was on an engine but what do I know, I am new at this. Thanks.
