We have these driving lights hooked up to relays. They fry a 20 amp fuse. So far they seem to work with a 25 amp fuse. What level of fuse do these lights need?
If the car looks a little funny it's because the fenders and bumper are just loosely attached.
What's the output of the driving lights? Assume 150 Watts each for 300 Watts total power consumption... 300W@12v is drawing 25 Amps.
What gauge wire are you using to supply power to those lights?

The lights are 100W.
Chris, that's 200W total so unless you are getting a voltage drop at or below 10V under load you shouldn't be blowing the 20 Amp fuse. 200/12=16.67 Amps
Have you measured the voltage?
