I also have a 72 T and was wondering about the Scart Sports exhaust. Would it require any modification to the MFI to run properly?

Curious on the year of your SS Leistritz. Mine is a '73 date and doesn't look like it's double wrapped (4 layers at the seams)

Martin Scart is a genius. He gets paid what he is worth.

My SS Leistritz is a mid 80’s but a proper long hood piece. G
I have read about the Monty muffler. Supplied by Aase. Any recommendations or reservations ?? Cheaper than the SCART !!
I think the first time I wrote something about it was on 12/2000... When I was still a guest on the board... :oQuote:

Thanks Mr. Miller !! Your words of wisdom are much appreciated!! The search continues ....
The Porsche Classic muffler is definitely the most quiet , and sounds good , much like an original Leistritz . I have one on my car .
Thanks Richy, that sounds good to me. I'm probably going to put one on my car too. Does this affect MFI adjustment or can you freely swap similar mufflers?
