There is a tiny tube like bushing that fits around the pin in this photo. It was either missing or disappeared when I disassembled the caliper for a rebuild. Does anyone know where I might be able to buy another one?

If you struggle to find any they are reasonably easy to make.
They are a very slight interference fit into the steel bush that is attached to the back of the piston with a snap ring.
They press-in and the groove helps keep them in place.
They are a very slight clearance on the pin in the caliper body.

Thanks for the info....but what purpose does this "anti-knock bush" serve ? Seems to be over engineered, or am I wrong? When I took the calipers apart,the retaining rings were loose and hanging on to the lower pin where it was pressed into the casting. The other question I have involves the rebuild kit for these calipers. The kit comes with the 2 dust covers , but only 2 seals...there are 3 seals in each caliper. Any explanation?

Without the bushing the pads get knocked back from the disc and you get long pedal travel before the brake engages with the disc. Not a pleasant feeling when you need the brakes instantly.
