When was the first emergency flasher switch for the 911?

I didn’t see any in the 356.
Has anyone seen or have photo of one in 356?
What is the earliest year for the 911? Photos?
warnlicht is the option I see, and the first was in March 1966 for the 911. Then generally available in 1967 and 1968.
I think for the 356 about 1955
I question the first image, #12 is for parking lights? Thoughts?

When this topic arises the general consensus is as follows:
- Some manufacturers offered hazard switches on commercial vehicles as well as optional on their cars
- Around 1966 legislation was put forward to mandate hazard switches
- Some manufacturers made hazard switches standard starting in1967
- The legislation took effect in 1968 requiring items such as side marker lights, head restraints, and hazard switches.
I have zero documentation of the above so do your research before making any decisions or taking any action.
