We are currently without our dog. Too hard for my wife to replace him after 17 years. We do get time with my brothers Schnauzer on occasion. Fun dog. Here she is enjoying the morning on a dock.

If you're interested in a Spinone, they happen to have two left from their last breeding. Two families had backed out last minute. The remaining dogs are white, not brown roan (like Redd). But personality wise, you couldn't as for nicer dogs.

Meet 'Toto', the newest family member, but nearly the oldest.
Schnauzer/Poodle cross and 9 years old.
He was given up because his family ( two little girls ) grew allergic to him. He is a GREAT little dog
MrGreenJeans- what a great pup!
Thanks !
Indeed he is a great little guy.
He joins the other two, all of which were rescues.
Mugslie the black, brindle, and white Pit/Boxer/Terrier cross
and, Ace a Poodle/Terrier cross. All were in need of some love and had some 'special' things attended to. Once out on the farm, all was mended.
(Mostly. A tip of the hat to some fantastic Vets, and a trip to the University of Minnesota for Ace, where he recovered after 8-9 days of a lethargic brush with death from a hereditary Autoimmune disorder)

This is Georg,
after 8 years in rescue he's now with us.
A bit of a poor fellow - one eyed, epileptic and has problems with this kidneys - I hope he will stay a while longer with us opposed to his prognosis.
He's a cool very well behaving Bullterrier in front of the iconic mid to late seventies Scheel 303.
