How to adjust Hardi fuel pump pressure

The new Hardis are electronic and the one I have is pumping around 5 psi which is somewhat above the 3.56 specified pressure range for Webers. I'd like to know if disassembly of the diaphragm portion and adjusting the length of the actuation push rod would limit stroke and adjust pressure downward. Old Hardis allowed this adjustment at the points end of the body, now it is all electronic.

The reason for the question is some random flooding past new needle valves that happens on customer car but not on my carburetor test engine which has fuel pressure set to specifications.
