John Audette whereabouts?

Anyone hear or have contacted John recently?

I have called and sent emails, with no replies. John, if you are reading this reach out and pm me.

He's around, unless he's not ��. I know, kind of a smart arse reply. I've been in communication with him as recently as this past week. I'm sure he'll respond. He has a pretty cool camper that he and his bride ACTUALLY use, so he may be out in the woods.

I've been in touch with him. I can tell you that he's not feeling well so give him some time.

Thanks for posting that. He's doing a set of H4's for me and have not heard back after repeated contact. Hope he's doing ok.

I just received front and rear turn signals yesterday for a 69 car that belongs to nvr2mny. I'm guessing he is just busy.

Thought I would check in. I apologize for my communications being a little slow of late - one of my business principles is to communicate quickly.

Warning: this may be TMI.

I broke my back being thrown off a horse in my younger years (I grew up on a ranch in Texas) and it has caused more and more problems as I get older. I've had five surgeries including an L4/L5 fusion in the past several years. The increasing back problems have caused me to cease most of my physical activities but I've somewhat adjusted to it. Everyone has aches and pains - you just put them in a box and go on. My problems are like a hangnail compared to what many of my veteran friends are dealing with.

Then things got worse a few weeks ago. The worse part is sciatica. Fortunately the fusion mostly eliminated that in the right leg. However I did something to stir things up and now there's sciatica down my left leg for the for the first time. I'm not down and out but it's slowed me down a lot.

All the work is progressing normally, I've just been lousy at communicating. I'll catch up with everyone in the next couple of days.

I'm thinking I might do this for another year or so then retire for real.

Much in life is attitude, and yours sir is exemplary! I must admit that if faced with the same I'm not sure I'd be so accepting. I do however agree that compared to some (Vet's ESPECIALLY) a hangnail is a good analogy compared to what some are dealing with. Thank you John.
