250 lb.ft of torque on a lightweight sportbike? WOW! That is something I would love to experience. But can you imagine the stress the rear tire is having with all that power?
Talk about "Tire Shredding":D
I have to say that I like both bikes that I've seen from Micheal Czysz. What ever happened to the GP bike? He certainly thinks outside of the envelope, and I hope that there is a niche that he can fill and be successful. Anyone know where the $ for his company comes from?
I am amazed by the MotoCzysz team down in Portland. I would hardly call this the Motorcycle of the future though. The battery weighs 200lbs! Just like Tesla's I think this is a fantastic technology platform and kudos to the designers at MotoCzysz on an amazing and compelling design. I wish the Teslas would wear their tech on their sleeve like the MotoCzysz E1PC does!
Lots of folks are working on the battery issue and when we get the energy density closer to dino juice, combustion engines for personal transport will die. Until then I like my long winding road trips with noisy, smelly, cantankerous, air cooled power :D
Apparently this bike uses a horn to let the other TT riders/marshals know that it is coming down the track :p I wonder if it is blowing all the time. 137mph?! That is moving, you would never hear it coming or going!

Yes, I have been nearly run over by several Prius owners who thought I heard them approaching in parking lots.
