Targa California April 12-14, 2012
Update 4/4/12
Thanks to everyone who entered. The event is sold out, the route set, tour books being printed, and I am all worn out ! :) We will have a great time if we be considerate of others we share the road with. To make the event more interesting, we have different route options available to you. So when you get the route books, read thru them first and then decide which path to follow.
Buttonwillow Raceway is ready for us , for the parade laps on Thursday, too
Be safe on your journey to the start and see you soon !
4/8/12 A spot is open if anyone else wants to join in. Contact Bud (see page 6 of this thread) and me targacalifornia@gmail.com asap ! Rain is forecast for Wednesday, but the rest of the weekend should be clear. We drive either way
thanks
Dave Bouzaglou

Few other Parking lot highlights
I wish I had more time with this 964 C4. It was highly modified with some very cool upgrades. Deserves a panel of photos.... Z28 clone Aggressively driven through out, a perfect 75 euro carrera, silver BMW with a not to be photographed power plant, alfa was the second most well represented marque....

Car wash busy place in town.....
Between the two days of hard, muddy driving the car wash floor had a coating of mud with little mounds of mud through out..... even Ray's car was dirty... Reza's 964 is always dirty so it was difficult to see the change, Sam's after a wash. I wish I had a picture of this GT3 when it was covered in mud. The gent that drove this car pushed it the entire trip. He owned the straights.
