in comparison the later 70ies style.....

Fascinating.
Where can I find a nice original mid 60’s to early ‘70’s one?
The key rings with the enamelled emblem, provided by Moito/Franz - pics from him - are interesting to compare.
As the one in the middle is the known "horse with the eye", the other two are slightly different, but also interesting.
Not only is the horse overall a bit "fatter", has a different rear leg geometry, but also the horse tail is different and mimiking the horse tail of the early orange bar crests - see below - The different "deer bars" are already mentioned, the structured rear side, too.
In order to get deeper comparison and differences I did some measuring from the three enameled crests I do have:
the height in the middle, with out the hook, is roughly 29,4mm - 29,41, 29,38, 29,40
the width in the middle, is roughly 21mm . . 20,98, 20,95, 20,93
the center crest with "Stuttgart" script is in
height 10,03mm, 9,99, 10,02
width - on top - 8,52mm , 8,36, 8,38
the interesting feature is the lowest red bar on the left side, where there is an obvioius difference in sizing to the above mentioned version.
The versions in my hand have in the center line a height of 3,15mm, 3,11, 3,13
The versions of Moito should be here around 3.5mm . . please Franz, a short measurement.

as I spoke with Karim, in order to get some insights of the publications, he provided me with a picture from
the „Werbegeschenke/Advertising Articles“ 1968, W 297 5M 2/68, and with the cover from the very late 1984 „Tourist vehicles insert for owner manuals“ WKD 47120 2000 12/84.
Still the same key fob with the enamelled emblem with the „skinny horse with eye“ is used
thank you Karim
Motortune were an official Porsche dealer central London South Kensington / Knightsbridge area near Harrods in 70s and eighties. This is evidently a keyring they supplied Attachment 504886
Attachment 504887
Hard to date as 01 phone prefix from London ran 1959 to nineties however they were in business in 73 as a friend's car was bought via them that year.
Not mine although I have similar and others variety fobs and pouches too including the ones that came with my car to me in early ninties. That one is similar to hauls destiption. I suppose dealers sourced such stuff locally in addition to what Germany had that might be regarded as "official".
