This source is usually good:

It was used on early 930s, for sure, like this one:

Thank you. That elferclassic source is great. I hadn't found that. I did see the 930 thread, but it was a bit confusing, as he stated the correct color as Emerald Green Metallic. I believe they are perhaps the same colors - 249 / 264.

249/264 seem to be the uni/metallic versions of the same color.
But your car was painted with a metallic color, as indicated by the L999 on the sticker. A PTS uni color would have the code L998.
Referring to post #167, Continental Orange was a Porsche color on the SC until 79. After that is had to be ordered as paint to sample.
And yes, paint was available as a single stage. About $175 per gallon.
when I saw the post of the metallic green porsche, a few post back, it reminded me of the "emerald green" 959 that Canepa painted. (which was a color change)

Not sure if I've posted a picture of the color tag for my '78 SC (post #38) on this thread, so will add it now. Bill
There was a PTS 3.2 Carrera at the 000 PTS event in Atlanta this past November. Has to be one of the longest color names:
Viper Green Diamond Metallic
EDIT: Just rewound the thread a few pages and see this has to be Scott's new car...
Congrats!
