Here's a pair. One original with some weather and one New Old Stock (on an NOS car), that's never been off the car. Quite a diff'rence in appearance.
Jeeze Chuck, I can't get over the blue of your car. Holy crap what a nice color!

Thanks bud...
It's kind-of-a chameleon to the different light...
It goes from dark (purplish) to light (aquaish) ... and everything in-between
Good for the soul. :)
Yeah Tom, but then you wind up taking the remaining gold off, leaving a nicely polished bronze (not a bad thing). I like the patina.
I had to look really hard at the pretty one, I thought it may be a repro. But the thing has never been off the car. The badge has 3,865 miles on it.
Now back to topic, who has my Brumos license plate frame...and HOW MUCH???!!! :D
I have a Brumos frame not-for-sale, but I'll trade it for a Dick Barbour Porsche+Audi frame. Anybody have one?
Jack
Same for me.... got a vintage Brumos plate frame, but I want a Chick Iverson Porsche plate frame as trade.
Eric
How about a plate frame from the Penske Porsche dealership? Anyone?
... well, this pic has been up before, but I think it just fits right in again!
 :D ;)
There is a license plate in that photo? :)
Jens,
I will trade a Brumos for a Bill Yates Porsche frame or buy one if anyone should have it. Also have an extra Peter Gregg frame also to trade. Thanks.
Best,
Don
