Ouch is right.
Missed "perfect" after about 3 seconds.
When anyone offers an "expert" opinion the first question is "what is that person's experience or credentials?"
Did your eyes on the ground mention among other things that the fuel tank color is incorrect? Or that the cooling fan is not even close to original finish?
By your credentials it should have been half a second ;-)

You set yourself up for that one when you chose "perfect" instead of "very nice". :)

I've never used the term "expert" to describe myself. (That I can remember!) I'm simply a guy who's been in the biz for a while and gets to see some cool stuff.

When I advertised my 70 coupe I was very clear that it was a "driver". That's as far as it gets from the word "perfect". Why are you so confused?
It's very simple: If a car has "imperfections" then don't use the freaking word "perfect".
Yup ouch refers to the obvious non factory work around the latch area. What year is the car?
