This car does not look too bad. It would be nicer in the original dark green (probably the Irish Green). Right mirror and headlights are not original. The car probably came with Solex's. Wrong rear bumperettes. Obviously wrong rims, but I wonder what they are. They look fairly narrow, which means more value. The deck lid scripts look silver instead of the original gold. Aftermarket 3rd brakelight. Most of the car looks pretty clean. Worth a look...
.. anyone planning or able to do that?Quote:

I sent the seller an email requesting an informal inspection of the car. He did not post a phone number that I saw. I am in Paradise Valley, right next to Snottsdale...er, I mean, Scottsdale.
I actually wanted to see this car the first time it was offered. However, I was unalble to make time to do so. I have time now.
I would be happy to inspect and post my objective findings on the car here. If the seller responds....I am all over it

edit: After further review of the the pics...I do not expect a good report. Looks as if I may only find a good parts car for vintage racing
With his phone number this afternoon. I will call him in the AM. It may be too late to report...but I should have something for you guys as early as I can. Unless, I buy it first! Or Frank Beck grabs it up.
Sand cast 2.0 engine case. PMO carbs and manifolds. 901 5 speed trans. That comes to just about $7,000. Those are all items that I need for my ugly green 70 ST wanna be. :(
