My old Porsche 991.1 is going to Amelia Island (and some tech)

I am planning to go to the Amelia Island event. I will certainly attend the Porsche Werks event on Friday.

I am sure that I will see other guys around here. It should be a great event if the weather will co-operate. My other cars are not working well so I will be there in a 991.1:

I'd give the newer 991 a great review. It runs perfectly with no issues. It's now over five years old (the A/C and heater works, it has a working stereo and NAV system). The 3.4L flat six engine runs well as does the PDK seven speed.

I took my 991 50th Anniversary (7 speed manual) to Amelia last year - about a 1500 mile roundtrip - have fun, these are great road trip cars.

I just helped my Uncle buy a 2009 Carrera S with 14K miles. The car is amazing. Super car fast. I think I need one. The grip, the brakes, the speed and the PDK are unreal.
