Reserve Not Met - Bid to $32.5k + $1625 fees is it had sold. Seems to me that's all the money and maybe then some for that car.
That thing is a nightmare terrible gaps no seals anywhere and sheet metal screws used everywhere. Run for the hills.
Just clicked on the eBay link at it is expired, but eBay graciously offered a similar early 911 to look at!
Yeah but... it takes more then 90 seconds to put them back in/on. And yes it has B.H.C.C. "tremendous potential".
32k would be a nice price for this project.
Crystal Blue 71T would be beatuiful color long hood to drive or collect!
Still on the PCA classifieds for $48,500. The pipe dream keeps going...

Hi all. I was the high bidder on BaT for this car. After many negotiations with the owner and a PPI, I should take delivery of this car today. It will be taken to bare metal in/out, repairs re-repaired, and then put back to its original crystal blue — a color that I have fallen in love with since researching it. Goal is to get it back to original as much as possible (tub/body first, the rest over time).. Can anyone confirm whether the 5.5x15 pressure cast wheels listed on the CoA are Mahle or something else?
Many thanks in advance,
DR
