    Erratic oel pressure gauge

The gauge needle sometimes jumps all over the place. Does anyone have any thoughts on why this is happening?

    Thanks,

Sounds like a ground issue. Check the connection(s).

I recently had my gauge reading randomly higher than normal... I "exercised" the 14 pin plug at the back of the engine bay console and all was well again. There is also the one at the front of the console but it doesn't get wet as often.
