SWB Front Bumper Reinforcements /Cast Weights

I was wondering how many owners of SWB 911s still have the cast iron bumper reinforcements in the cars front bumpers,do those that have removed them find that the car handles either good or bad,if they have experience of before and after removal of the iron weights.
Of course altering the cars suspension and ride height from standard will also affect the handling.

Would be interested to find out numbers of fitted and non fitted and drivers feed back.

    Regards David

There is an old thread on this subject which I just read the other day. If you search you will find it. Someone from the Porsche factory recommended not removing these weights.
