    67S Timing Decal

    Hello,

    I am trying to determine if a timing decal on the fan housing strap came on a 67S. I have searched this forum and came up with conflicting information. If I need one where are they available. I have already spoken with Stoddard and Sierra Madre and neither have the correct decal. Should it have a red border to match the other engine decals?

    Pretty sure they're not supposed to have one, most original 67S's I've seen don't anyway. That said, I added one to my 67S because I liked the way it looked

    Agree that most '67S do not have it.
    That said, if you want one, I have one of Alan Canford's w/correct red trim that I won't be using.

    Heard back from Alan. He believes the timing decal started on later production '67 911's. I believe this car was October 1966 production, VIN 306593S.
