For the second leg of the Triple Crown morning, followed about 20 cars to the Jim Barrington Collection in deepest, darkest East Oakland, for a most enlightening and enjoyable hour or so of seeing one man's version of celebrating the "car-guy" life. Well done, Jim !

Finished up my car-morning with a visit to Fantasy Junction, for a review of their inventory, but also because I find that the unique quality of the filtered sun-light shining on the cars through the sky-lights makes for a rare opportunity to use my fast lenses wide open for the atmospheric, painterly ambiance it gives the cars.

Thank you for sharing the pics. They make me want to relocate to the Bay Area.
