    Front pan replaced. Check. Floors replaced. Check. Rockers replaced. Check. Lower rear quarter panels rebuilt. Check. Ready for primer. Wrong. New rear seats, latch panels and inner front fender panel. Both sides of course! Balanced rust.

    Time to work on the doors. Surprise. Victims of botched rust repair it was simply easier to find a replacement set courtesy of Jim at EASY. Thanks Jim.

    Rust repair mostly done. New panels installed. Ready for paint prep.

    First coat of primer. Now it's starting to look like a car again. Check out panel fitment and gaps. Perfect. Tight and crisp.

    You took it to the right guy for sure, John is the best. Very neat project! I am happy to see it so far along now. That orange paint will bring big smiles when it gets there. Enjoy the journey, it's the best part. When you actually drive the car, you will realize another stage of happiness because of what has been accomplished from the vision you had. Then there is another page in that journey...you will get a feeling of satisfaction that sometimes comes at odd times of the day when you are doing something in your day job...and you smile and enjoy the ride in your mind all over again. Lots more fun to come.
