    Group Sc Carrera 3.0 FS

I have decided to hang my helmet up for a while and concentrate on business and family. Reluctantly, its time to move on my Group S car.

Australian Delivered matching numbers 1976 Carrera 3.0

Basic Specs for the car are as follows.

Cams Log booked and bolt in cage
Full Qld Rego with mod plate for cage

    Gearbox:
Rebuilt with LSD and short gears. New wevo gate shift (inside the box), new clutch. Only 1 race meeting old

    Engine:
Currently being rebuilt and should be complete with new Dyno sheet in two weeks.
Case split and Crank checked. New oil pump, warmer Cams, New valves/spring/retainers. Heads done, New P&C with 10.5:1 compression.
Will be a zero hour motor.

    Injection:
Complete rebuild of CIS. 1 meeting old

    Suspension:
All the usual group S specs with custom shocks. All bushes done.

    Fuel:
    Racing tank with surge pot.

OMP race seats. Most of the original interior comes with the car. Includes a spare rear spoiler (very hard to come by). Two sets of wheels.

This is a very quick and liveable road car for someone who wants to do some track days, but is a potential front runner in the right hands.

    Very realistically priced at $77,500

Price drop on the c3. Offers over $70k. This is a great opportunity to get into a potentially front running car with nothing to spend but fuel and Tyres.

    Tim,

Might be worth posting an ad on PFA if you haven't already done so.

    Free bump.

The guy who bought my Carrera 3 had his first group S race on the weekend, rang me up to say he couldn't be happier with the car.

All he had to do all weekend was to put the fuel in as compared to his other race car that requires constant work between races. He also couldn't believe how good these rear engine car take off at the start.
