    If it's a 3 then it really is a weird font 'cause it looks like an 8.

    I'm not saying anything about whether the number is factory, just what the number is.

    I have a need for someone who is an expert at determining if the star and numbers on a 911 are factory. Who would that person be?

    Well, if it IS stamped 6641814, then it is surely faked since the highest serial is just 6641456.
    Even if it is 6641314, then it certainly does not belong on a 73 911E case.
