    PN = 901 347 081 10

    Note 'date' stamp
    I also have a 901 347 081 10 wheel dated 3 72, but my grip is not as thick...cross-stitching except for the thumbrest, where it's baseball stitching.

    And the grip itself is not flat on the front, but matches the wavy look of the back. the wheel was attached to this solid hub, numbered 103; extended hub?

    My guess is the wavy look on the front is from an extra cover that was previously on your wheel and made extra marks where the attaching lace was wound around.

    I didn't think about that, Mike...good observation. Maybe I'll wrap it with some moist paper towel and blow dry it to see if it expands back to shape.

    Does anyone recognize the hub?

    Don't use water. I'd use a leather conditioner on it instead. Lastly, the impressions are likely to be in the soft rubber substrate as well which might never come out even with heat.

    I don't see how the stock wheel was attached to a momo hub, do you photos of this arrangement? The horn contact ring is perplexing, too.

    What is it

    Not for sale anymore...

    But, what do I have?

    914 347 803 10
    5 73

    Was on a replica RS that was built MANY years ago
    Thicker leather grip than what’s on my stock 72 911
    Worn leather, great patina, could be original wrap??
    Smaller diameter too

    Anyone have access to the parts number catalog?

    Does it have cross stitching on the 4 spokes or baseball stitch?
