Thanks everyone! With some keen advise from Harvey Weidman (you can't see it, but there is a glowing light bulb above my head), I looked at the date stamped on the clock was 4/72 as well confirming it for me. I'm thinking that we have a winner!

9112101182 Late Jan. '72 build. I would bet your car was made in 5/72. I'll check the dates on my gauges tomorrow but I'll bet they weren't made in the same month as the car was completed. That would be an awfully tight production schedule.

Mornin' Gearby. I managed to find 9112102009 that was for sale. It was a 4/72 build, so I'm going with April for the build date. However, I am kinda curious what your date stamps will be.

They were probably saying back in the day..."A tight build schedule? No prob...I'm German"

Checked my gauges and my clock and speedo are dated 12/71 and my tach is dated 11/71. I figure my car was a late Jan. of '72 build only because I found a guy with a '72 T coupe built about 200 cars before mine, and he was also a Jan. of '72 build. You could have been a late April build I guess since car number 2009 is only 36 away from yours.
